To make your reservation, it's simple:

4. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your reservation and provide you with all necessary information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• For more than 5 travellers, we cannot guarantee that all travellers will be in the same vehicle. This depends on the availability of our mini-vans.
• For groups of more than 10 people, please contact us.
• Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians. We count on your vigilance to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
• The traveller acknowledges being covered by personal insurance in case of accident or injury and releases Mood of Bali from all liability in this regard.

RESCHEDULING CONDITIONS

• In case of bad weather conditions (heavy rain, local alerts, etc.), the activity may be rescheduled with the agreement of the agency and our local partners.
• Rescheduling is possible free of charge (subject to availability).
• If rescheduling is not possible, a 30% retention fee will be applied.
• Any request for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the activity.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before departure: 30% of the total amount will be retained. 70% refund within 7 working days.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of the amount is due.
