IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Beyond 5 travelers, we cannot guarantee that all travelers will be in the same vehicle. This depends on the availability of our minivans.
• For groups of more than 10 people, please contact us.
• Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians. We count on your vigilance to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
• We do not recommend this experience for children under 10 years old.
• It is possible to provide a child seat, please inform us in advance.
• The traveler acknowledges being covered by personal insurance in case of accident or injury and releases Mood of Bali from any responsibility in this regard.

RESCHUDELING CONDITIONS

• In case of bad weather conditions (intense rain, local alerts, etc.), the activity may be postponed with the agreement of the agency and our local partners.
• Postponement is possible free of charge (subject to availability).
• If no reshudeling is possible, a 30% retention will be applied.
• Any request for reshudeling must be made at least 24 hours before the activity.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before departure: 30% of the total amount retained. 70% refund within 7 working days.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before: 100% of the amount is due.
